There is a $40 application fee for each applicant (age 18+), which must be paid when application is submitted.

Anyone who will be living in the house age 18 or over must fill out and sign an application.

Answer all questions truthfully. All information will be carefully checked.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete each section and click the send message button with the following:



-Copy of each applicants photo ID


-Proof of income for the past 2 months and last 2 months bank statements


-Accurate phone numbers for landlords and employers


-If you would like to elaborate on any items on your application (credit, identity, evictions etc) please attach a separate letter of explanation.

 

-We check ALL information you provide very carefully. If you are not honest with us on the application, you will be immediately rejected.
